3D Fish Design

In this tutorial Viv will take you through the steps of creating a 3D Gel Art Powder Fish design.  The class covers - using the correct consistencies to create different effects and results, using Gel Paints for shading, highlighting and details, proportions and all the while having fun creating this cute fish!
